We loved our stay at Cocobay. The food was awesome, every meal, and the service was even better. The resort was quiet, pools not crowded, and beaches are beautiful. I've never stayed somewhere that I felt like the staff truly wanted to do everything they could to help us and make us happy. They even served one of our dinners in the bar/lounge area so we could watch some of the NCAA Basketball playoffs!

I celebrated my 40th at this magical place! They take amazing care of you!! I can’t even thank the staff enough for making my Birthday memorable!! I will always come back!! The entire staff was welcoming and created such an amazing vacation!! Kemlin will take very good care of you!! Ms. Denise, Jeremiah, Mr. Reed, Marlon,and Mr Kerry gave us the best swim up breakfast and photo shoot!! All the bartenders were incredible!! I love this place!! I met amazing couples whom also said they been here a few times the new ones like me also said they’d always come back!! This place is truly paradise for all of your needs!! Highly highly recommend!! A time was had indeed and I can’t wait to go back!!

Much much better than their website! Coconut is a fantastic destination. The rooms are great, well looked after, and the perfect mix on the decks of Sun and shade. Staff are fantastic. Go. Enjoy. You wont regret it.

This resort was perfect if you are looking for a total unplug. It was quiet and romantic, beaches are beautiful, staff is wonderful and the food is as great. There is definitely not a ton to do aside from relax and chill out- which is exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend and come again.

The staff was excellent and so sweet! The property and beaches were beautiful. This resort was small, relaxing, and perfect for a honeymoon.

The menu is quite limited and the portions are very small. Also they charge an additional premium for anything that is appetizing for example: USD $38 for a very thin and tiny NY Strip steak.

The property needs to be updated, especially the bathroom. For the price of the stay, the room should have luxury. The staff were great.

This was exactly what we were looking for--a boutique resort that was quiet, unpretentious, offering great service, excellent food, lovely accommodations, a beautiful beach and pools. Gorgeous views, very laid back and relaxing.

This property was great for a quiet getaway. Unlike many resorts we have been to. We enjoyed the change but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Only thing we didn't love was that our view was obstructed so our plunge pool was freezing the entire time making it unusable. We paid a-lot more for thar upgrade so it was a bummer. Otherwise the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Also, they do treat the area for bugs so we didn't have any issues, loved that!

Beautiful retreat
We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are lovely, the pool and beach are gorgeous, and our suite was amazing; a little rustic, but that gave it charm. The only big negative was the bang average food. It’s a set menu each day and honestly we slightly dreaded it each day 😂. Not that it wasn’t perfectly edible, just stale bread, fish tougher than a flip flop, orange juice from a concentrate carton. We had 9 meals and non were great, but we’re still really happy we went! Much better than the loud mega resorts.

Cocobay resort is the best all inclusive I have ever stayed at. The resort is stunning,food is gourmet and the staff are amazing. No buffets. Everything is fresh and made to Order. 10 out of 10

Absolutely wonderful Resort. All staff were amazing, especially compared to other Caribbean islands. Food, although daily options were limited, also changed daily and were all very good. Only downside was the resort can be a little petty when it comes to charging for additional things that are typically standard at most other all-inclusive resorts.

Our service was mediocre at best. Requested a few simple items that we saw other guests had, and we were told no to a can of Coke. Some guests had top notch service where others seemed as if they were a bother when just asking for a drink. Food was not great. Rooms were ok. Private pool was too cold to use after spending a few hundred more just to look at it. I enjoyed my banter with a couple of the baristas in the coffee shop and a cool sever named Deeleeka and the bartender Marlon was very nice too. All in all I would not choose Cocobay again in the future.

Cocobay Resort was a dream come true. Absolutely stunning views - pictures do not do it justice. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. They were what brought the entire experience to a new level. Derek was our main bartender and he was fantastic. The food was amazing. There was a lot of variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I cannot wait to go back to this resort. Best vacation of my life! Thank you Cocobay!
