"We booked last minute, a family of two adults and two children in a family room. The property is immaculately kept, the staff were wonderful. Friendly, attentive, great with children. The restaurant is high end with a sophisticated menu, and they offered to cater for our children’s palate, and make “any pasta we requested”. It’s a small, intimate property, perfect for a stopover or using as a base to explore. The views are stunning - truly worth the investment. The decor is traditional, but in the lake setting, it’s exactly what you want Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you for such a beautiful stay 🇮🇹🇬🇧"

"Das Appartement Dama im Casa del Comandante hat uns rundum begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet — man fühlt sich sofort wohl.• Die Klimaanlage sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen.• Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ideal, wenn man gern selbst kocht.• Die Betten sind ausgesprochen gemütlich und garantieren erholsamen Schlaf.• Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Bidet; eines verfügt über eine Regendusche und beide haben eine LED-Farbwechselbeleuchtung, die für ein besonderes Wohlfühlerlebnis sorgt.• Praktisch: Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden.Ein großes Lob an Davide, unseren Vermieter: Er war täglich ansprechbar und hat sich herzlich um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert — sogar die Kaffeversorgung hat er übernommen. Das machte den Aufenthalt sehr persönlich und entspannt.Die Lage ist hervorragend:• Der See ist fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt einen kleinen Strand mit Strandbar.• Die Fähranleger nach Monte Isola und Iseo sind um die Ecke — perfekt für Tagesausflüge.• Ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden und eine verführerische Pasticceria liegen nur wenige Häuser entfernt.Summa summarum: Es hat an nichts gefehlt. "Great stay and fantastic location – but watch out if you have multiple large vehicles!We had one weeks and a fantastic stay at this holiday home in mid-July. The town is charming and not overcrowded with tourists, and the beach is conveniently located nearby. The house itself is lovely, the pool was regularly cleaned by the owner, and the service throughout our stay was faultless.However, keep this in mind if you are traveling with multiple cars or larger vehicles:• Lack of parking information: The listing did not mention height restrictions at the entrance or rules against having multiple campervans.• Stressed check-in: We arrived with two campervans and one car, but were told at check-in that it was impossible to park both on the property due to local regulations. The hosts seemed stressed and provided no help in finding an alternative solution.• No follow-up: We had to park one car in a public lot for 10 per day. We suggested that the owner compensate us for this since the information was missing from the listing, but we haven't received a response.Conclusion:The house itself, the pool, the location, and the general service were top-notch, and we had a great time. The lower rating is purely due to the poor handling and lack of communication regarding the parking situation and no response. Highly recommended, but double-check vehicle limits if you travel with large cars!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Pernice 77 and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Iseo, with spectacular views and a peaceful setting just up the hill from the lake. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Having convenient on-site parking made it easy to explore the surrounding towns and return to the hotel without any hassle. The restaurant was a real standout. We ate there several times and it is one of, if not the best, places we dined at during our time in the region. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Lake Iseo area!"
