Our single-story house offers all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay. With its 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, it comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends. The open living area and fully equipped kitchen allow you to unwind and prepare delicious meals.

You'll be delighted by our private pool, equipped with child safety features, where you can refresh and have fun in complete tranquility. The garden, with its cozy seating and dining areas, is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine or share convivial meals outdoors. You'll also have the convenience of indoor parking.

The privileged location of our house provides easy access to stunning attractions. Just a 7-minute walk away, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the region. The old town of Antibes, with its picturesque streets, is only a 10-minute drive, while Cannes is reachable within 20 minutes. Brilliant family holiday villa in excellent location.

Clean spacious, comfortable villa with a gated swimming pool, perfect for child safety. Everything needed was at hand and there were some excellent toys for our grand daughter. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to the beach sea front of Juan Les Pins. Bus stops also close by. Supermarkets were only a short distance away and we used SuperU for an online home delivery order. The property manager was excellent and communicated with us both before and during our stay.

Great location

Place was clean & everything working fine. No issues. Everything has been thought about. Nice pool. You can walk to the front easily where there are shops / restaurants / bars & shopping. Easy to get to Cannes & Monaco etc ( you can get a train if you're from UK and don't want to drive on the wrong side... ). Great vacation. Many Thanks
