Villa très spacieuse de 300 m2 au cœur de la nature sans vis à vis mais proche des commerces et des axes routiers.
Elle se compose d une grande pièce à vivre salon, salle à manger et cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur une terrasse avec vue mer et une autre terrasse plus intimiste. Très lumineuse, un dressing et un toilette.
Au premier étage vous disposez d une très belle suite parentale avec grande terrasse, avec sa salle de bain et 3 autres chambres chacune avec sa salles de bain et ses toilettes, un espace buanderie.
