For example: extra hard beds so guest had to try to sleep in chair, no in-room coffee or tea, digestive illness from dinner seafood pasta, tough filet mignon for other dinner, room safe did not work and was not fixed by staff, promised a la carte breakfast menu was refused by restaurant servers who insisted only 18 Euro buffet available (meaning $20 tea and toast...
