По сравнению с прошлым годом - стало всё намного хуже. Дали сильно прокуренный номер на 1м этаже. Состояние фурнитуры на 3. За неделю в номере ни разу не убрались, и даже не предложили смену белья и полотенец. Но у отеля есть и плюсы: расположение. 3 минуты до Cleopatra beach и минута до Migros.

Decent for a quick stay
Stayed for one quick night. The location is off into a little alley, which was a little hard to find at first. My only issue is that the bed is a little hard, for just one night it's fine, but for a longer stay, I could see that being an issue. Overall would recommend, and kudos to the fella staying at the front desk all night! Made me feel very safe.

FALSE ROOM ADVERTISEMENT, BAD BUSINESS ETHICS
* Credit card is not accepted... cash payment only * frontdesk staff Burcu is not welcoming at all * I was given a totally different room from the one that I booked. I did book a room with 2 Twin Beds and 2 Double Sofa Beds with partial sea views. The one given to me, however, was a room with 2 Twin Beds and 1 Sofa Bed with partial mountain views that are blocked by the neighboring buildings... and with ZERO sea views! * And Burcu had the audacity to blame me, her customer, for not reminding Yeniacun Apart Hotel that my reservation is for a room with partial sea views. Tip to Burcu: check my room reservation in your system, because it's stated there! * Burcu further told me that the price I paid, did not warrant any sea views. * In short, Yeniacun Apart Hotel falsely advertised its rooms on Hotels.com. * Stay away from Yeniacun Apart Hotel. It promises you a good room; but when you book, Yeniacun Apart Hotel will give you a downgraded room upon arrival. * Burcu repeated several times, "If you are not happy with your room, cancel your reservation." If this is how Yeniacun Apart Hotel does its business, I won't be surprised if it will go bankrupt in the future; purely bad business ethics!

Ett budget hotell, du får vad du betalar för. Ingen service alls, det enda som var bra är poolen och närheten till stranden resten var en besvikelse. Ingen mat, ingen städning om du inte frågar efter det.

Great location. Close to beach. Taxi rank. Main road with restaurants. Beach 22 hut is great. Best thing was having Migros supermarket near by which sold everything. Hotel is clean and has a nice sized pool. We had 2 bedroom apartment on 7th floor which had nice sea view. Tiny lift for 3 people and there was sometimes a long wait to use it. Only air con in the lounge kitchen so bedrooms got hot and you can’t leave air con on when you go out as you need the key card. Hotel staff could not supply fans and was very hot. Tv remote didn’t work. Shower head was cracked and shower door was difficult to open and close. Did tell the staff but nothing was done. Overall a good hotel for the price I paid but a few slight changes and improvements will make the hotel even better.

Çift kişilik yatak yok, tek kişilik 2 taneyi birleştiriyorlar ama onların da boyları birbirleriyle tutmuyor maalesef. Görevliler çok iyi, ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great, kids really enjoyed it. Located near the beach and local supermarket. Few issues with rooms that need repairs such as shower doors, shower heads and hair dryer holder was falling off the wall, not screwed in properly. Rooms were reasonably clean.

It is a YES for YENI - Hassan you are the man
We stayed at this hotel (4/9/18-11/9/18) last week and booked very last minute - about 5 hours before we were due to fly out - so we were sceptical of what it would be like as it was reasonably inexpensive. We were very pleasantly surprised and had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hassan, an employee or the owner, was amazing and is probably one of the friendliest and forthcoming person I have ever met! The rooms and some parts of the hotel look semi-newly renovated with a modern bathroom and reception area. The self-catering facilities, however, were very poor and we struggled to make one meal. This was not a major problem as we ate out most nights. The sunbeds definitely need to be updated but that's about the only thing. The food was out of this world and they have regular entertainment and food nights - the one we attended had live music and a four course menu for only 75 lira (around £10)!!! Thoroughly enjoyed and would love to visit again!

Spacious clean apartments
Nice hotel in a quieter western entrance of Alanya. Hotel is clean, friendly staff and great value for the money. Hotel is perfect for someone who prefers relaxing quieter neighborhoods. Beautiful beach only steps away with a nice long beach walk. There are cafes and restaurants along the sea front but not as numerous as in central Alanya. If you prefer action and crowds this not the area for you..But public transportation is accessible and center Alanya is only 10 minutes away by bus.
