"My girlfriend stayed in Room 101, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment she arrived, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. It was cold, damp, and uncomfortable, with a noticeable sense of moisture in the air throughout her stay.
The room was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were spiders present, and the overall condition of the room appeared dirty and unhygienic. These issues alone would have been enough to raise serious concerns about the hotel's standards.
The most worrying issue was the bed. Following her stay, my girlfriend developed numerous bites all over her body, leading us to believe there may have been bed bugs or another pest problem in the room. This was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable for any paying guest.
Overall, Room 101 was cold, damp, dirty, and appeared to have a pest issue. The condition of the room fell far below what we expected, and I strongly urge management to investigate and address these problems immediately to prevent other guests from having a similar experience."
