Despite the challenges posed by the catastrophic earthquakes in February 2023, this hotel offered the highest level of comfort and hospitality. The staff members were always kind and helpful during my four night's stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back if I have another chance to visit the town in future.

The appearance of the hotel, including the breakfast dining area, and my room is rustic (in a nice way) and tasteful. There are, however, a number of issues, detailed below. The city is doing its best to rebuild the area around the hotel, and the loss in property due to the earthquake appears to be substantial and people have suffered greatly. The roads on Google Map do not reflect that a lot of the roads are out of commission and passable only to heavy construction vehicles. The hotel should have, *MINIMALLY*, warned guests of this fact and provided details instructions on how to get to the hotel. Being a solo driver, it was hard to deal with the traffic, Google Maps complaining that I was taking a different route, and finding an alternate way to get to the hotel. I ended up parking 10 minutes away and hiking with my bags to the hotel, only to discover that it *WAS* possible to park near the hotel if instructions had been provided. The other dings against the hotel are: (1) no wifi reception on the top floor, (2) hallway lights on the top floor do not work and I had to use the light on my phone to find my room door number, (3) the interface for the air conditioner in the room was really odd, despite being in English, and it didn't warm up the room at all, and I was compelled to bundle up with an extra layer for the night.

Odalar küçük ama zamanı otelde geçirmeyecekseniz yeterli. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak fazla olsa da diğer yorumlarda yazıldığı kadar başarılı değildi. Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Tekrar gidecek olsam muhtemelen yine tercih ederim.

Premium odada kaldım. Diğer odalara nazaran sadece eşya kalitesi daha yüksek ve her şey altın kaplamaydı. Bir de ufacık bir küvet mevcuttu. Açık konuşmak gerekirse baya küçük bir oda beni karşıladı. Ferahlık açısından sınıfta kaldı. Herhangi bir Bellboy hizmeti ya da danışma bilgilendirmesi de mevcut değildi. Sadece oda kartını verdiler ödemeyi aldılar şeklinde ilerledi olaylar. Küçücük küvetin içerisinde sapsarı lekeler, parçalanmış duvar kaplamaları ve bozuk bir duş ile konakladım. İş için ya da birkaç günlük seyahatlerinizde konaklayabileceğiniz, birkaç günü aşan seyahatlerde önermediğim bir otel.

Kız arkadaşımla 1 gece konakladık oda paketi standart oda idi. Standart odaya göre gayet güzeldi özellikle duş konforu inanılmaz güzel ve rahat. Personelin ilgisi çok iyiydi kahvaltı yaptık serpme kahvaltı öneririm iki kişi tıka basa doyduk yiyemedik bile daha fazla. Kahve ikramları için de ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Otel Hatay depreminden sonra sağlam kalan nadir otellerden bunu kesinlikle söyleyebilirim. Otelin İç konforu da gayet güzel tarihi bir aurası var. Kafe bölümü bildiğimiz ünlü markalar gibi bir ortamı var çok güzeldi. Gönül rahatlığıyla otelde kalabilirsiniz tavsiye ederim.
