Here’s a polished version of your hotel review: --- I recently stayed at a hotel in Samandağ, Hatay — a region still recovering from the devastating earthquake 2.5 years ago. Given the level of destruction and my experience with other hotels in the area, this one was a pleasant surprise. The building was in relatively good condition, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I stayed for just one night, but it more than met my needs. While it's not a five-star hotel, it's certainly one of the better options in the region. If I return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Artes Hotel in Hatay, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. This hotel is pretty much the only one in the area still standing after the devastating earthquake in 2023, which is a testament to its solid construction and resilience. The staff at Artes Hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The food was also very good, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine. The only minor downside is that the staff only speak Turkish. However, this is quite common throughout Turkey, except for the Antalya region where there are many tourists. Despite the language barrier, the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist made communication manageable. Overall, I highly recommend Artes Hotel for anyone visiting Hatay. It’s a safe, welcoming place with excellent service and delicious food.

Car park the only thing makes me come back to that hotel . Every time we book , we must find an issues .. air conditioning, TV channels, changing rooms , shower pipes lol sprit water incorrectly… all and all maintenance team is poor service.

Hotel is good . Just Strange they don’t provide iron , but they request you to send your cloth to Cleaning , then charge you . Last time I was there A/C was not working well , we change room . Gym as I mentioned previously is noted its machine are not functioning properly and not maintaining it.

Gelin-damat çifti olarak gittik. Daha önce arayıp onay almamıza rağmen makyaj için gelen kuaför ve fotoğrafçı için ekstra oda almamızı mecbur kıldılar. 5500 TL oda parası ödedik. Kalacakları 1 saat için bütün gece süit oda parası ödettiler. Tepki gösterip sinirlenince de bizi çıkarmakla tehdit ettiler. Durumumuzu fırsat bilip bizi sinirlendirip üzerine paramızı aldılar. Sinirli hallerimizi orada bulunan personel videoya çekerek kişisel haklarımızı ihlal etti. Otel sahibi çağırıp durumu idare edeceğine bütün personellerden tek tek özür dileyerek kalmamıza müsaade etti. Üzerine özürü isim isim tekrar yüzlerine karşı diletti. Bu mafyatik otel sahibi ile KYK yurdu müdürü olamayacak sıfattaki insanların hem paramızı alıp hem bizi bu hale sokmaları çok zorumuza gitti. Başka otelde size kral dairesi ayarlayalım falan dediler. Çıkamayacağımızı bilip yem atıyorlar. Bugün gelsinler kral dairesi ısmarlasınlar. Bu kadar karaktersizlik olamaz. Durumu yasal sürece taşımayacağız. Hediyemiz olsun. Elbette onlar da gelin olur damat olur. O zamanlar bunu anlarlar. Kesinlikle uzak durun. Fiyatlara aldanmayın. Kahvaltı hariç İçerideki her şey ücretli. Kahvaltı falan da yapmadım zaten. O gün düğünüm olmasa 5 dakika durmazdım.

Çok nezih ve temiz bir otel. Konsepti göze hitap ediyor. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli. Otel otoyolun yanında olduğu için hassas olanlar için ses biraz rahatsız verici olabilir. Fiyatına kesinlikle değiyor. Hataya gelenlere kesinlikle tavsiye edilir biraz şehir merkezine uzak kalsada fiyat ve temizlik açısından değer.
