Good stay when at the right rate.

The basement car park B2 to B4 is spacious and easy to park. We stayed in a Family Suite, the interior is very spacious. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, and still fit with a simple dining table and chairs. Still plenty of space to open 3 of our 28inch luggages fully! Its a heated bathroom with bathtub. Alot of TV channels to watch, however all in Korean language. The gym and dining area are in B1. There is a convenient shop beside the lobby, open till 11pm. Cross the road is LOTTE Department Store with food stalls at its basement. This hotel is well position for tourist to visit this city. Strongely recommended.

Comfortable room

Excellent stay. Room was comfortable. Checkin was quick. English staff were available. I got the feeling this used to be a different chain that was purchased as the hotel logo stickers were on everything, likely covering up a former brand. However, this is not a 4* hotel. Even the sign at the door said differently. The ikea plastic dining chairs and table cheapened the room, however it was still clean and comfortable.

Not as Nice as Expected

For a 4-star hotel I expected more. The building and lobby were nice enough, and the room was clean. But the room and amenities fell short. The bathroom was the worst part: the fixtures were loose and it was so dark by the mirror that I needed my phone flashlight to see well enough to shave. There was also a large crack down one wall that had been poorly sealed-over. The main room had plenty of space, but there were a few issues: - The room temp control panel was so bright I couldn't sleep on one side; after the first night I had to devise a way to cover it - The TV was not included. Each channel would stay on for only a few minutes before a pay screen would pop up. On the plus side: the breakfast (on the fifth floor) was excellent. And the room wi-fi worked well. The hotel location was also good, being close to numerous restaurants and coffee spots. But next time I am in the area, I think I will try something else.
