Beautiful property conveniently located in Fira near restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was great.

Highly recommend everything about this hotel! The staff, hospitality, views, rooms far exceed expectations!! We cannot wait to return.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. I would highly recommend this place to all travellers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and beautiful with a lovely pool area that you can watch the sunset. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was open also for dinner with a great view. The best part about this place was the staff. Our host was amazing, we didn’t get her name but she was blonde and so incredibly friendly and helpful. She even booked us a last minute buggy and had it delivered to the door in 10 minutes. We also had an amazing server for our breakfasts. She was so kind and attentive and made the experience so memorable. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

This hotel was impeccable. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant within the hotel was extraordinary. We stayed in the Niki Villa. The views of the caldera were breathtaking. The hot tub on the upper deck of the unit was perfect to wind down at night after long days of exploring the island. The cave room was perfect. It stayed nice and cool during the hot days. We loved the room and everything about it. This hotel was a bucket list trip for us and it certainly didn't disappoint. We will definitely be back! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming. Some suggestions for improvement at the property. Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking. No complimentary shuttle to the port for pickup nor drop off . Door to the bathroom/shower did not lock in the master bedroom
