"Die Lage des Chalets ist hervorragend: ruhig, tolle Sicht, NĂ€he zur Seilbahn und zum Loslaufen. Man kann auf zwei Ebenen (Balkon und Veranda) draußen sitzen und genießen! Die gesamte Ausstattung des Chalets ist jedoch etwas bescheiden, allerdings ist dies auch dem wenigen Platz geschuldet. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, der Fernseher steht etwas unglĂŒcklich am Fußende des Bettes, in der KĂŒche wĂ€re eine Kaffeekanne und ein Stopfen fĂŒr das SpĂŒlbecken schön. "We had a very comfortable chalet endorsed with all needed faculties. 5 min walk to the ski cabin station Grimentz with the option to take the shuttle. Because all was included like taxes, end cleaning of the chalet etc it was for us a very easy staying. The informations given by the owner was always available and responses came quickly.For our family with kids including one teenage, everybody enjoyed very much. I can highly recommend this chalet."

"We had the most wonderful week at Chalet Grouse. The house is beautiful and has everything you could wish for. Separate bathrooms to each of the bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We spent a great holiday there with six adults and two small children. We went on several stunning hikes, one can start walking straight from the chalet or make the short drive to Zinal or Grimentz and start from there. It's a hiking paradise! Probably winter isn't bad either...(-; The views from the balconies...

"Oh my goodness - this chalet is perfect - beautiful location, gorgeous chalet with everything you need - all facilities & fab little wood burner stove & amazing outdoor space - a garden terrace & balcony - the view is incredible & the drive through the village on the way up! The bedroom is wonderful too! Can hear the waterfall next door! Easy parking. Mountain forest to explore - amazing trails! Val d’anniviers is such a beautiful place - the villages are wow & the walks too! Must do the cable car - given 50% with property which is amazing! It is the best place we have ever stayed - just perfect! Thank you John for being so kind & generous - a faultless stay at Chalet Cuckoo - we will return in the snow!"
