This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

An Enchanting Stay in the Heart of Annecy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment nestled within the medieval city walls of Annecy's old town, just inside the Perrière gate. The location is truly unbeatable. The apartment itself is a perfect blend of modern comfort and historical ambiance. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it comfortably accommodated our group of 4 with an extra room to spare. A Wonderful Stay at Swansdoors

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Swansdoors. The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Our host, Laurent, was extremely friendly and he explained everything to do with the apartment clearly. What an incredible place to have our family reunion with people coming from Australia, Montpellier and Zurich. Everything from prearrival to meeting us in person was of an excellent high standard. Two Lovely Nights in Annecy

Our stay at Le Swansdoors was amazing! Laurent want very friendly, cooperative, and easy to work with. He provided lots of information about the apartment and the town. The property was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is amazing because it was right in the middle of all of the action. That being said, it could be a little noisy in the late evening. We were quite hot without air conditioning, as June was unseasonable hot this year, but there were room fans which helped. The owner didn't want the window open because of flies and there weren't screens. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it absolutely.

Excellent Option in Annecy!

Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, and this is easily the nicest, best located apartment we've found! Right in the heart of Old Town Annecy, we could walk to everything we wanted (e.g., fresh pastries, ice cream, shops, and restaurants). And the in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and three bedrooms made a week-long stay for our group of 5 was very comfortable. The unit's parking spot also was a short uphill walk from the apartment.In addition to enjoying all that Lake Annecy has to offer, we visited Geneva (an hour away) and Lyon (2 hours away), and we had a wonderful day of spring skiing in Chamonix (an hour away, plus some with traffic). Views from the ski lifts were spectacular!Thank you, Laurent, for being so easy to reach and for providing such helpful recommendations. (And so sorry for misplacing your key ring!)Highly recommend this place!

In the heart of the old town!

The apartment is in the heart of the old part of Annecy and if you enjoy ice cream it is directly above a great little shop with amazing flavours. Laurent, the host, was fantastic, kind and very easy to communicate with. He is also extremely knowledgeable of the area and can recommend many things. We had difficulty getting to Annecy and he was very accommodating with how many times our itinerary changed. There is lots to do in and around Annecy and the apartment could easily accommodate 6 people. The only set back is it has no ac but there are multiple fans which helped.
