Welcome to this gorgeous Texas-themed downtown Annapolis home. Every inch of this home has custom finishes and has been painstakingly renovated by the gracious homeowner who recently opened his home to guests. And if the interior of the home isn't enough, the outdoors are a rare gem in the city: a yard, an oversized back deck, front porch and parking for 4 cars in the driveway.



Located just around the corner from the Waterfront, you can see the harbor boats and all the way to the Bay Bridge from the top floor Suite. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the 2nd floor and a third floor suite with a Queen bedroom, full bath and living room. The home's large kitchen, breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen overlook the sunny back patio. There is a large family room and dining room with seating for ten. There is also a large entry foyer and lounge with custom artwork throughout.



This is the perfect spot for those coming in for that special Naval Academy or boat show event, or wanting to take in the sights and sounds of Greater Annapolis. Enjoy the many restaurants, historical attractions, and shops right around the corner!

Great house and location

Perfect Location- Great home!

This home was lovely! The kitchen area was large and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfy and the deck was the best to hang out on. The location was PERFECT and the extra parking was handy. Walking everywhere was possible and the ITrip company was immediately responsive whenever needed. Owners were easy to work with. I recommend this location!

The best of the best!

This property was better than expected! Everyone in the homes was very impressed with everything. It's very comfortable and clean. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The only thing that was difficult for our family was with our 11 month old baby. The home definitely isn't set up for a baby to freely roam so we brought a large pop up for her to stay contained. Otherwise the home is absolutely breathtaking and in an amazing location to everything that Annapolis has to offer. You also will have no worries when it comes to parking your car as it has more than enough room for you and others to park if needed! It was so amazing that we even have messaged the owner to find out what bedding they use...We slept better here than we do at our own home.

Great location, short walk to everything

We have a vert nice stay while attending a close family friend's wedding at the Naval Academy. We were able to walk to everything we needed or wanted to see and do. The home was clean and well maintained.

Great 2nd stay

Our 2nd time staying at this property. There’s plenty of room for lounging around. Bonus: The house has tons of character!! The kitchen is excellent with very nice appliances and cookware. Our Mid loves to cook and whipped up some excellent dishes for us during our visit. Location can’t be beat. The home is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and USNA. There’s plenty of off street parking which is hard to find this close to all of the downtown activities.

Location was perfect! House was as described. Check-in was easy. The only negative I would list: Way to much personal items left out. It was awkard. Down to a robe in the bathroom, and a personal computer in the living room and laundry in the dryer. Just felt a little weird.

Not as expected

While the property location is good, the owner left all drawers in bedroom and bathroom filled with personal clothing. Garbage was left in a bag hanging on the inside of the bathroom cabinet and a manscaping tool was left in the shower. Freezer was full of owner food with no room for us to add anything for our family meals in the home. Property management team at iTrips was very rude when we originally posted a less than positive review - a review which was removed and never shared with other possible renters. Hoping this review gets posted so renters know what to expect. You will need to be okay with owner’s delicates, manscaping tool and other items within reach while staying in this top dollar property.

Truly an Annapolis experience.

Exactly what we were looking for in a family get together. Plenty of room with character. Kitchen and dining areas were fantastic for meals. Excellent location for tearing into some crabs downtown.
