Beautiful Condo - Water View Near City Dock

The Newport Condominium has a beautiful water view of Spa Creek in Eastport. This condo is tastefully decorated with carpet and includes a queen sleigh bed and a Queen size soft pull-out bed in living room. Condo overlooks boat docks, the historic Carroll House and St. Mary's Church. Newport is a secure building with free parking spaces provided, but you will want to walk to the many restaurants, historic areas (State House) City Dock, and shopping in Annapolis Harbor. Great location for romantic getaways, visits to historic Annapolis, the Naval Academy and Navy Football games!
The condominium has a roof top pool, spectacular viewing area.

Navy Commission week and the Boat Shows are only rented by the week.

Great place to stay!

We came up for the bowl game in Annapolis and this place offered a great place to stay near downtown and access to anywhere! The condo offered a clean comfortable place with all you need so close.

Safe and Convenient Location

This is a very small apartment, but that’s all I needed for the weekend. I’m a woman traveling alone and safety is a big factor for me. I felt very secure and comfortable in this home. The location is nice. My only complaint (minor) is that the refrigerator was very loud.

Great location and walk ability

Although it is a vintage building, it is well maintained and the condo was clean and well appointed. Very easy walk to sailing association and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Great location to enjoy Annapolis!

The location was great with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We came to see the Halloween concert at USNA and the condo is in the best location to walk Eastport and old town Annapolis. I chose this condo because of the rooftop (although we didn't take advantage of it) and the easy parking. I would recommend this property.

This property was perfect for what we needed! It's small but that's all we needed for 2 of us. The view from the rooftop was amazing and we spent every morning and evening up there watching the sunrise/sunset.

I’ve stayed at several places around Annapolis and Eastport. This is on the top of my list to return. Great location to walk into DTA and Eastport. Just a five minute walk to the market. 7 minute walk to davis pub! Exactly as advertised, ample parking. Great communication.

Eastport for parents weekend

Just the perfect distance from the yard- drivable 6 minutes and walkable 15 minutes! If you want to be close to the academy but not DTA, this is perfect. Clean and reasonably priced! I had a couple of questions while I was there- Joe was responsive and helpful! Thank you!!

Excellent location and great communication with owner!

This is a go to place for a visit to Annapolis. Centrally located for walking to places downtown and Eastport. Great to have a dedicated parking spot since parking in Annapolis can be a challenge! Owner is very responsive to texts! The condo unit has everything you need and since we have stayed there before can see some upgrades in bath were completed. Highly recommend!!

Great Eastport Condo!

Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!

Quiet, safe, relaxing, lovely...perfect!

This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed - and helpful! The condo furnishings are very high quality and the entire unit is well and tastefully decorated. Hint: if you follow golf, you will love the theme - as I did. I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay - it is small by comparison with two and three bedroom places, but for one or two people it's ideal!
