Welcome to your spacious and inviting upstairs retreat! This unit features 3 bedrooms and 1 well-appointed bathroom, providing the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. This space features 3 free on-site parking spots plus street parking, in-unit laundry, and gorgeous deck! We are located 5 min to INOVA Fairfax Hospital, 15 min to Tysons Corner Center, 20 min to DCA Airport & 25 min to DC. 30 days rental minimum, We welcome long term guests!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Instructions: 1. Place used towels in the laundry basket in each room. 2. Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher. 3. Return TV remotes to the TV stand.
4. Please reset the thermostat to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. If your unit has a fireplace, please turn it off. 5. Do a final walkthrough to check for personal belongings.
6. Close/lock windows, turn off lights, and lock the front door (access code will deactivate 15 minutes after check-out time).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
