Welcoming our newest addition, Sand Cottage, located just 2 blocks from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island! This cottage is a half duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 and half baths with lots of room for six people!

The main floor includes the living, dining and kitchen area, cozy enough to prepare and enjoy meals with your friends and family, while still having a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you may need. On the split level, just off the living room, you will discover the master bedroom complete with a king bed and an en-suite. The second floor is home to one bedroom with two queen beds and an en-suite along with the laundry room. Right off the second level bedroom, there is a front porch that overlooks Holmes Blvd, and a back porch that overlooks the backyard space. Like all of our Lizzie Lu's homes, you can sleep comfortably among the 600-thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets on each bed.

You will find the backyard includes an outdoor shower, Weber grill, and a seating area near the pool to indulge in a mid-day snack. The pool is heated through the winter months to 85 degrees, and chilled in the summer months to ensure it does not climb over 90 degrees. Make your trip to the beach easier using our provided standard items located in the garage, such as a balloon tire wagon, beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella!

For an additional charge, we offer GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible.
