This property is a duplex, completely private with the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the second floor, providing more privacy from the main floor. The outside deck and hot tup are completely private and exclusive to this side of the duplex. There are no shared spaces except for parking. Just 11 minutes to nearest winery and only 20 minutes to Giant City State Park, and close to many wineries. Set in the little town of Anna, with walking distance to shops and resarants. This cozy home is the perfect retreat to come back to after a day of exploring the beautiful Shawnee Hills and wineries.
