The house worked perfectly for a quick overnight for a concert at the stadium. The owner is easy to communicate with and the property has yard games and fire pit to use out back. House is clean and comfortable
I stayed at the house for a mini-reunion with two old friends from U of M, and it had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. Tony was a great host, and we loved the mellow beer garden next door! Highly recommended!
Loved the spot near the brewery, grocery store and Zingerman’s Roadhouse! Very clean and unique setup. Owner went above and beyond to be accommodating. We will be back!
We had a great few days in AA! The location is right next door to Here Say Brewery so we spent our evenings there for Trivia Night and Karaoke! The house is very nice and had everything we needed! Good size living room with a desk for remote work which was nice. Beds were comfy! Hope to come back again next year!
One night here for a comedy show with girlfriends! It was perfect ! Next to a bar so we were worried but it closed at 10 and was never an issue! Had guys parked in driveway that were sitting outside cars drinking when we came home from show, but they left after we got back to house! Otherwise perfect
We stayed in Ann Arbor for 3 nights, and this quirky yet classy home was just perfect for our visit!
It’s apparent that a great deal of thought has been put into the details of this home, from the artsy decor, to the convenience of the amenities offered, it was a big win for our family. Such a cool Ann Arbor vibe throughout the entire property.
Tony was super welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying at this residence!

This VRBO was lovely and quaint. Right next to a sweet brewery this was the perfect spot for us for one night! Though it’s off of a main road, the blackout curtains and sound machines allowed us to feel like we were in the country. Highly recommend!
Great rental for a Michigan Football Game. Brewery next door awesome commodity. Host was great, easy to chat with, accommodating & hospitable.Little Korean breakfast nook was icing on the cake. Will book again for our next game!

Really nice place with great beds, bedding, and towels. We appreciated the extra room for our group. The coffee and tea were excellent additions. I slept in the front bedroom which was a little noisy with traffic. We went to the new brewery and had some snacks and drinks. The pretzel nuggets were good. The house is very close to the crowd at the bar. However, it closed at 11 so then it cleared out.
My wife, myself and two of our friends just had a quick overnight stay at the property, it was a super nice house and accommodated us perfectly. The brewery next door was playing live music that we sat and listened to that evening and got some drinks at the brewery. Parking was the only slight issue because someone that was at the brewery was parked In one of the spots we were told to use but it ended up working out fine.
