"When we arrived we were allocated a small corner room that was quite claustrophobic. We asked for a bigger room and moved to the room next door. This was bigger but had a strange set up of the toilet being up a step and behind a shower curtain! When we came to wash we found that the shower was just a dribble of discoloured water. They promised to get a plumber to look at the problem the next day. Next day no one had been to fix the problem. We ended up moving back in to the small room so that we could shower properly. Water in this room was fine. Bed was comfortable, cleanliness good. Girls on reception pleasant and helpful. Breakfast wasnt good, we only tried it once then ate out the other mornings."

"We had a very disappointing stay at Aura Eco Stay. We had informed them well in advance that we would be arriving late at night, yet no arrangements were made for our check-in. When we reached, the front desk staff didn’t even know about our booking, and to make things worse, the kitchen was closed with no support provided for food. The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant, and her attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of helping tired guests arriving late, she was defensive and ready to argue. Hospitality was completely missing. For the price they charge, we expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but what we experienced was zero customer service and rude behavior from the staff. Overall a bad place to stay — absolutely not worth the money or stress."

"I had three beautiful days at Sunset Cafe Beach Stay. Sandeep and the team took care of everything and I felt very welcomed. The communication and arrival all worked like a charm and the food was also pretty good. All in all I can fully recommend staying here! "

"They are fraud. Dont trust on their bookings they can cancel you bookings at any moment if they get high paying guest. They will not respond to your call, they will not update you on status. Forget about refund. Be cautious while booking. "

"WARNING: Deeply concerning security issues at this property. During our stay, a group of intoxicated guests were shouting and blasting music until 2 AM, creating an extremely threatening atmosphere. With no staff intervention or security personnel present, we spent a frightening night feeling unsafe and anxious in our room. Adding to our misery: Room service took over an hour, the actual property looks nothing like the photos, and constant power cuts with inadequate cooling made sleep impossible. If you value your safety and peace of mind, AVOID this place. The complete absence of management during threatening situations makes this property particularly dangerous for families and solo travelers. This was not just about poor service – it was about feeling genuinely unsafe throughout our stay."​​​"
