Eski King Otele Ne Oldu?

Eskiden bu otel çok kullanıyordum. Yeni devredilmiş diye anladım. Bizim konaklama iyi değildi. Oda kirliydi, yatak altından kullanılmış enjektör çıktı. Asansör çalışmadı, personel gülleryüzlü değildi. Dekorasyon eski ve yırpanmış. Maalesef eskisi gibi değil.

Çok güzeldi, rahattı, konforluydu ancak odaların ses yalıtımı çok iyi değildi. Yan odada yaşanan birçok şeyi duymak zorunda kaldım. Bir de kaldığım odadaki buzdolabı sorunluydu, sık sık ses çıkarıyordu.

4 gece kaldım. İlk girişte oda pırlanta gibiydi, oh dedim harika bir otel sonunda. ama 5 gün boyunca odada bırakın temizliği yatak bile toplanmadı. Sanırım 2 çalışan var otelin tamamında. Kahvaltı saat 8 de başlıyormuş bu yüzden hiç gidemedim. Fiyat ve konum iyi ancak hizmet, temizlik ve ilgi bekliyorsanız…

Unser Aufenthalt war rund herum prima. Nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, tägliche Reinigung, gutes Frühstück. Der kleine Pool war eine prima Erfrischung nach ausgiebiger Stadtbesichtigung. Kleine Anmerkungen: frische Brötchen oder Simits zum Frühstück wären prima.

Happy but not happy

My overall stay was good but i didnt like the fact that there was smoking smell in the room, might be previous guest smoked inside the room. I have to open the windows to get rid of that smell as i booked the room with my kids.
