"Easy check in and great room! We had a great stay after a long day of travel. The hotel was exactly like the photos and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived a little late and weren’t able to use any of the amenities but they looked like so much fun!"

"The staff right when we got there was very welcoming. Got us checked in early as well with a great poolside view. Even asked if we needed help with our bags. Even at the arcade the workers were kind and very patient. The people at the pool working the snack bar were very helpful as well! The room was super clean as well. Overall a great experience and my family is already asking when we can come back."

"It was a great experience there the staff was great and friendly the AC was nice and cold, my only negative was that my TV was constantly disconnecting from the Internet and the blow dryer didn't work also my fridge was not working until the staff replaced my power strip as they were trying to fix the Internet connection also they were unable to connect to the cable either. But I only stood on my room a few hours a day since we were at Hot August Nights but when they fixed it it works great and had a better time when I was in the room. I will definitely be back to this hotel next time I come into Reno thank for the good service have a great day thank you again"

"The overall stay was great. There was some confusion at check-in, but the host was extremely responsive and kind. We figured everything out and the rest of my visit was uneventful.It would be nice if the host could have a list of local restaurants, markets and stores that are in the area.The location was perfect and very close to everywhere I needed to go. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the AC was spot on."
