"I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. The hotel is next to the lake, great view during the colder season. As I am from America I did not see a normal thermostat for the heat, so my room was very cold that I had to call my friend to come pick me up to stay at their home. If you are from the U.S. my suggestion would be to check with the front staff how the heating system works and also to pay for the room upfront as I had issues with trying to get my payment to go through because the link I was given would not work, and I do not know the European banking system, after several attempts the payment was able to go through as I had called my bank so they would not consider it a security alert. This hotel is also within walking distance to a food market. Very quiet area except for a dog who barked a night. The staff were pleasant. "

"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."
