"Great room and breakfast. Very happy"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest, the walls and even the lamp shades were dirty and the bedding had snags all over it, the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The door to the stand the microwave was in, fell off when I opened it (they should just be removed). There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or a toiletry bag. The water pressure and temperature were really good. Staff were friendly upon check in/out. The hotel was quiet. I didn’t eat breakfast, I did have coffee and that was decent. I probably wouldn’t return to this particular hotel. I can understand that it is older, However some updates are needed. "

"We were a large party in town to attend a BU graduation ( occupied 5 rooms), and made a weekend of our stay and celebration. We were very pleased with our stay at The Mansion. The property, the location, the amenities and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Buffalo! "Room was clean. Room didn't close on its own & didn't realize it til we saw it was open. Just a crack. Drapes didn't close all the was. Used clip on hanger to close it shut. "
