NOT A REAL HOTEL! I got there only to find out they only had weekly rentals available because they do long term housing. From what I could tell everyone there was a permanent resident. No one was monitoring the reservations, the office was only open a few hours 3 or 4 days a week, and there was no one to answer the buzzer. The owner has no business allowing this location to be listed on these travel sites. I made this reservation when I realized I wasn't going to be able to drive another 3 hours, and wanted to stop after another 1 1/2. I ended up driving another 1/2 hour to find a different hotel that wasn't over $100 a night.

Hotel was shutdown for maintenance. Expedia and hotel did not notify me. I checked-in and thats when i realized my reservation was canceled. I got no email or phone communication from expedia and hotel about this cancelation.

booked online. when i got there no rooms available, i was extremely happy about this, because i wouldn't let my dog stay there for fear of catching worse than rabies.

When we arrived we had no reservations! They said that they no longer do online reservations and Expedia won't remove them from there site. We had to drive 30 miles just to get a room for our 3 day event and pay a exorbitant amount because of the last minute need. Thanks Expedia!

Decided to plan a trip to the area and reserved a room the week before. Received my confirmation for my room and was ready to go. When I arrived to check-in I was told that they had no rooms available. When I explained that I was checking in and not looking to book a room, I was told someone was living in that room. This place has 50 rooms, yet there were 4 cars in there parking lot. Don't know where the confusion between this place, Expedia, and myself occurred, but not impressed. It put me in the position of hurrying to find a different hotel. Extremely Inconvenient, unaccommodating, and dirty looking. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. And on Expedia's behalf they need to make sure not to overbook this place.

Called multiple times to confirm late check in, they never returned any calls and when I showed up there was no one to check me in. Wasn't able to stay as there was no one there, lost 70$.

I couldn't get in. Stayed at parking lot.

There was no check in and no actual staying in motel. The door was locked, no one answered bell, no one picked up the phone. Since all other places in the area had no rooms I should spend a night in my car at motel parking lot. I tryed to talk to them in the morning, but still no one answered. I am not sure if this motel is operating.

Arrived at the inn about 8:15. They had no rooms! I said I had a reservation. She said she didn't know anything about it if I made it on the internet. I said I have a confirmation not only from Expedia but a separate confirmation from the inn itself. No rooms–and anyway, she said, the washer is broken and I have no clean sheets or towels and it's illegal to rent rooms without that. (Well duh.) Here it was about 8:30 on a Saturday night. (Fortunately I called another place she did mention and they had a vacancy. THAT one was very nice for about the same price this would have been.) I will NEVER stay here!

I got there and the hillbilly smoking the cigarette in the doorway announces that there are no rooms available. Apparently there are never rooms available according to locals. This is enough to revoke a listing. So something about it.

It's basically a flop house for down-and-outers. People with kids and dogs living there permanently. Entire property run down and filthy. I was able to get by as a single man but would never stay there again and for sure never with any family. Front desk people took 2 hours to check me in because they "were new."

Unresponsive

Tried to check in, no one unlocked the door. Tried the ph# on the door and no answer 3 times. Called customer support to cancel. She even told me she got no answer. Hotels.com did manage to cancel for me. Like a dumb ass , i stood outside that door 30 minutes in 28 degree weather. Dont bother with this property
