Breakfast was standard continental with plenty of food available. Located a little out of town centre and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are in need of some minor maintenance but comfortable."

Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there.
