Bring the whole family or your golfing buddies and relax alongside the kangaroos at this brand-new townhouse on the Anglesea Golf Course.

This two-story townhouse features three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, each offering lovely views of the golf course and native surrounds. The ground level includes a separate dining space, along with a kitchen and living area that opens out to a sunny deck. The deck has outdoor dining, a BBQ and a lawn area providing a great spot to relax outdoors (& where the kangaroos often feed).

The bedding configuration is:
Primary bedroom - Queen and ensuite
Second bedroom - Queen
Third bedroom - bunks and a trundle

With high-quality furnishings, the fully equipped kitchen is designed for all your culinary needs. Bluetooth entertainment system for seamless music and media streaming, NBN access, as well as a 65” Smart TV in the living room and 55” in the master bedroom provide for the ultimate getaway - whether you’re entertaining or relaxing.

We have partnered with Golf Tourism Australia (GTA) who is Australia’s leading and most respected golf tour operator. GTA can organise a fantastic Surf Coast golfing experience for you - all based from our wonderful townhouse.

Use the complimentary beach towels for a day at the Anglesea Surf Club or even visit the nearby world-famous Bells Beach.

Perfect for golf trips or relaxing in nature, this townhouse offers comfort, convenience, and beautiful surroundings. If you're here to play golf, the property is thoughtfully designed with your lifestyle in mind, including golf club storage with easy access through a rear roller door.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this beautiful house in Anglesea! The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The peaceful surroundings and close proximity to the beach made it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The kids loved seeing kangaroos every morning, and we all enjoyed the cozy living space for family games and meals. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable coastal stay!
