The property was clean with good housekeeping every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The area was pretty safe as well as accessible to nearby dining spots and beaches by walk. Liked how the guests can spend some time at the rooftop even if we weren’t dining. The only complaint was with the breakfast. Day 1 we had to skip breakfast in the room because it wasn’t delivered even after the 1 hour slot passed. The juices were just average. Pancakes were burnt one day.

This place is beautiful a must stay

Average condition property, with minimal service - not what we expected for the price.

Staff was awesome, room was clean. Breakfast was the same every day, omelette, sausage/hot dogs, yogurt, strong coffee, and juice. Outside of the building didn’t match photos on website or Expedia. There were no amenities, rooftop was closed, no spa, no hot tub. Great access to everything in San Juan. No restaurant on site, no laundry, not in a nature reserve it’s in the middle of San Juan. No sauna, no banquet hall, elevator was questionable. For the price it was a great stay, but if you need a hot tub or spa you’ll have to drive. Check in wasn’t on time, but we got a similar room after waiting a few hours. No golf course nearby! We really enjoyed our stay water pressure and temperature was awesome!

Great amenities. Basic hotel room but beautiful view(had ocean view). Great customer service. One strange thing is the coffee maker is stationed in the bathroom
