Welcome to Hummingbird Landing, a recently redesigned mountain condo offering the entire unit where warm New Mexico character meets modern comfort in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. Located in the heart of Angel Fire, this home is perfectly positioned for ski days, town exploring, and easy day trips to Taos, while still feeling quiet and tucked away.

When you enter, you’re welcomed into a cozy living area designed for relaxing and reconnecting. Gather around the fireplace for board games or movie nights, stretch out on the comfortable couch, and enjoy the Smart TV with streaming services after a full day on the mountain. The space feels especially inviting with soft furnishings and a layout that encourages lingering.

Just off the living room is a fully stocked kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare meals with ease. A dining table with seating for six makes shared meals and game nights effortless. The condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer, stocked with guest essentials like soaps and detergents.

Hummingbird Landing features three comfortable bedrooms, each designed with space to unpack and settle in:

- Bedroom 1: King bed with ample storage

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a queen trundle

- Bedroom 3: Two double beds and a TV

Each bedroom includes a closet with plenty of hangers, along with extra blankets and pillows for added comfort throughout the seasons.

The condo offers two shared bathrooms:

- One with a tub/shower combo and a generously sized vanity

- One with a stand-up shower

Step outside onto the private balcony, furnished with bistro seating- an ideal spot to enjoy crisp mountain air, quiet mornings, and the feeling of being fully immersed in nature. In warmer months, hummingbirds and wildlife are often spotted nearby; in winter, the stillness and snowfall create a peaceful retreat.

Outside, a communal grill area sits just at the base of the steps for easy outdoor meals. Well-behaved pets are welcome, so your four-legged pup can enjoy the mountains too!

We are pet-friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per stay. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
