Welcome to our beautiful 2022 modern new construction
“guest house”

Enjoy 922 SF of heated space available to make great memories with friends or family. This home will sleep up to 6 adults. Family owned property providing the absolute best of what Angel Fire has to offer.

Fully furnished, free wifi, luxurious vinyl flooring with radiant heat, granite countertops through entire house, full kitchen with basic utensils and essential cooking equipment, beautiful granite island counter sits 6, stainless steel appliances, stacked washer and dryer, large flat parking pad for multiple cars, zebra blinds, 2 bedroom, one bath, full kitchen and living area. For your safety and ours outdoor security cameras.

Very clean room space

We enjoyed our stay! Great piece of property, with a view of the slopes. The only issue we had was the floor heating wasn’t very accurate. One night our room started at 71 and was set to 66 and it went to 60 over night. In the other room we couldn’t get it to turn off and it was set for 66 and went up to 81 before we just shut it off, but half the time the controller was blank. Everything else was fine.

Cozy & Convenient

We love this property. It was very close to all of the stores and events in Angel Fire. Also, providing us with privacy of our own space, the homosaic is clean. I'm very comfortable

Very nice property, but a few set backs...

Everything was so nice and new but came with a few set backs: 1. NO Dishwasher or dish drying rack and you are required to wash your dishes. 2. NO Oven - not even a countertop one so dont plan on baking any cookies, breakfast biscuits, or pizza. 3. NO televisions or family games! So bring your entertainment when having down time after being on the slopes all day! Other then that, everything else was perfect! The beds are comfortable! The property manager was very nice and available to help us when we got stuck in the snow. Great family to rent from!
