$50 fee per trash bag not delivered to the city common dumpster area in town - there is no trash service in Angel Fire.
House is on a septic system - please do not flush feminine hygiene products or disposable wipes.
No outdoor fires ever. Seniors should avoid the upstairs shower. It has a steep step in due to deep cast iron tub.
