"I stayed there with my family for few days. It's a well maintained hotel with an exceptionally quick housekeeping service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Rakesh was great. The gaurds are always welcoming guests with a sweet namaskar!
The breakfast at Quattro was good though there is scope for improvement in South Indian food. The food for in room dining was delicious (had butter chicken and naan). The hotel lobby is interconnected to the mall which is indeed a big bonus for staying...

"It was not Good.. Bad experience. Not even phone in room call reception. Geyser not working. Cleaning not at all done. No restaurant. TV not working. Totally not at all worth to stay. Nearby not good restaurants."

- Family adventure by the pool with supervised activities just steps from lalbagh botanical gardens in bengaluru.
"Good location, which is a 5-min walk from the South End Circle metro station. Overall stay was good. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet spread was good.
The spa and swimming pool was closed for renovation, which should have been mentioned on the website. The gym facilities were okay but could be better for a five-star hotel."
