"We were 5 friends in our 70's, two couples and one single. Between us we have been to many Greek islands over the decades. We found the island peaceful, friendly and, being September, relatively few tourists. The house was perfect, traditional Greek style as described, comfortable seating and decorated with great taste. It was close to two beaches and a very short walk to the centre of Hora, museums and tavernas. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The bedrooms and bathroom were downstairs, the two doubles opened onto terraces, the single onto a small area for drying clothes. For anyone with mobility issues going up and down the stairs to the living area might present a problem. The second toilet upstairs was welcome. We loved our stay at Panos House very much, our host was most responsive to our communications and we highly recommend it. However, as keen backgammon players we were disappointed that the set was missing 4 pieces. I'm sure that will be put right for the next guests!!If we come to Andhros again Panos House would be our first choice.Efkharisto poli KarakoulisDaphne and Diran"

"What a fantastic stay! The property was very impressive. The hosts were very informative and friendly. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. The house was extremely well equipped and the added bonus of having a daily house clean was a very welcomed addition. The house was located high on the hill with great views down to the town of Chora below. With many beach options nearby and lazy days by the beautiful pool our body batteries are fully recharged. We don’t have any need to stay anywhere else on our next visits to Andros, we have found the perfect place. "

"The property is amazing with stunning views. The villa is large, spacious with plenty of amenities and seating. We all had a fabulous holiday here. The children loved the pool and the tennis and basketball courts. Stavros was a great host, he really helped us get organised and it was lovely to meet him! The walk down to the town needs thick soled shoes so you dont feel the cobbles too much. The walk back is steep but doable or we just got taxis back up from the taxi rank in the town, especially when it was dark with the children. We were 3 families who are all friends- 6 adults and 5 children and all thought the pictures do not show just how really lovely this villa is. Andros is a great island to visit! "

"A family destination wedding (a big fat Greek one) brought us to Andros. My wife and I and another couple ended up staying at Micra Anglia for four nights and that was a fantastic choice. The location is great should you decide to stay in Hora (Χώρα in Greek - that's how the Islanders call the city of Andros. There's a guest parking lot across the street and you get your own remote gate opener. The service is fantastic. Everyone working at the hotel are so friendly and nice and welcoming. We've got only very positive comments to make. The food is great -- field to table type of deal and the quality is there to prove it. My very personal favorite was the risotto calamari...it was divine. If you happen to be in Andros you must visit Dolly's (their restaurant) and try it. Perhaps it would be a good idea to chat with the lovely restaurant manager so she can suggest a nice wine to go with it. I had a Potamisi (local white wine) and loved it, but they've got others for you to choose from. All-in-all a great experience. Thank you all at Micra Anglia for making our stay so memorable. Andros is lovely by the way 😉"
