"A very short walk from the bus station. The building is well marked with the contact number in the window. As no one was at the reception I phoned the number and said in English that we had arrived. Only Turkish was spoken but a person in next door block of flats waived from upstairs and then a guy came down and showed us around the flat. The whole building is new and everything smells fresh. Cons - the entrance area, reception and on site cafe/restaurant are a bit scruffy and the bungalow is looking a bit tired in parts like the bathroom and shower. "It was a nightmare experience. I do not suggest this place as an off-season last minute stay. They were clearly unprepared, nobody answered the phone or messages, until we asked a neighbour to call someone. Then they sent a helpless boy to show us where we sleep, and all the rooms were not touched after a holiday season - with all the hair in showers and dirty floor, bedsheets and full trashbins. "Absolutely amazing place to stay on your stopover to see Simena castle. Family run, it is on an elevated location looking out over the bay and is so quiet and peaceful. The grounds are lovely and kept to a very high standard, small on suite bathroom with shower, aircon and the best nights sleep of our holiday so far! The provided village breakfast was so good we skipped lunch! The owners are lovely people and it was a joy to meet them. We only stayed the 1 night but we will be back!"
