"Empecemos por el check in, estuvimos 25 minutos fuera de la propiedad ya que no había nadie que nos abriera. No reponían artículos como papel higiénico, y shower gel, no cambiaban toallas ni ropa de cama y nuestra estadía fue de 4 noches. We were most disappointed at check in that we could not use the spa because we did not reserve and there is an additional cost as well. It fails to say that on Hotels.com HOWEVER they quickly found us a time to use it at no additional cost. They were most accommodating and the spa was Awesome.
