We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. The location was perfect—tucked away, quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to town for anything we needed. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Very peaceful

Everything was excellent. If the back porch had a screened in area around the spa and seats it would have been perfect. The creek in the back was awesome. Overall very beautiful cabin.

Well needed trip

I just retired from hospice nursing of 41 yrs and me and my.partner work all the time to we needed this time to relax and enjoy nature the cabin was our dream accommodation very beautiful place and home

Collett Creek cabin

Very quiet with nice creek very close to cabin; great firepit; hot tub was wonderful. Cabin was charming and had everything we needed. Owners were great. Highly recommend.

Andrews NC Vacation

Had a wonderful time! The cabin is beautiful and the location is terrific. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and a great place to just sit back and relax. Just wish we had more time to hang out and enjoy the area.

Wonderful mountain retreat

Extremely comfortable and well equipped cabin. Close to town, yet feels like you’re miles from anywhere. Wonderful drinking coffee in the mornings with your feet in the mountain steam surrounded by mountain laurel, and making s’mores in the evening around the fire pit. We will definitely go back.

Holiday in the Smokies

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with owners was excellent. The cabin was nicely decorated for Christmas, which we appreciated. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the grill, hot tub, and fire pit. We will definitely return!

Relaxation at its best!

We rented this cabin the week prior to school starting for one last bang of a trip. We rafted down the Nantahala that is right down the road and relaxed the rest of the time we were there. Sitting outside around the fire pit listening to the creek run was so relaxing. We cannot wait to visit again!!!

Remote Cabin Getaway

Such a nice place! The cabin is cozy and well appointed. Couches are so comfortable! Nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer(bring detergent). The outdoor space is nice and the sound of the creek is relaxing. 15 mins to Murphy, for Walmart &other stores. 20 minutes to the Nantahala Gorge (try the trout at River's End restaurant!) for rafting and more. These owners are so nice and have great communication.

Creekside Bliss

What a wonderful, peaceful spot! Sitting on the deck listening to the creek was truly magical. The cabin was equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was especially grateful to find a pet-friendly spot and appreciated being able to bring my dog along with me. I think he enjoyed the creek as much as I did! Absolute Paradise

Communication with Lindy is a breeze, the cabins are always neat and clean and my family loves it here. Our hope is to be able to keep returning time and again! The creek through the property adds to the relaxing serenity. You're far away from from the hustle and bustle but you're actually only minutes to town and a short drive to any attractions you may wish to visit in the area. My favorite home away from home! ❤

Great respite after Hurricane Ian

Cozy cabin is located in a beautiful, serene setting. The sound of the babbling creek was very soothing and relaxing. Cabin has everything you need to feel at home. Ms. Lindy was a pleasure to deal with, and very helpful when I asked for help extending our stay. She was gracious In not making me feel inept with my computer skills. ( which was the reason I needed help😊 )

Wonderful vacation.

Thank you for sharing your place in the forest with us. The house was well equipped and had all the extras you needed to make it feel like home. The beds were super comfy! The outdoor space was our favorite. Plenty of space for the kids and dogs to run around, nice fire pit, the stream was big enough to sit in after a day of hiking and small enough that the dogs could play. We spent lots of time on the deck and in the hot tub, which was big enough to fit all 4 of us with room to spare. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful with anything we needed!!

Nice Getaway

As advertised. Perfect place to get away and relax listening to the creek. Other renters we talked to staying on the same loop have been coming for 10yrs. Love the area, great little town and everyone was very nice. Ferncrest winery, The Tattered Tartan Pub, Hoppy Trout Brewing Company, and Snowbird Mountains Brewery(and the bakery next door) should be stops on your list. Only con I can even think of is that the kitchen space is a little tight, but it is a log cabin.... We all had a nice chill vacation. Both meanings applied since we went in January. It didnt stick, but we did get snow flurries several of the days.

Loved the cabin

This cabin pretty much sits in a hole with two ridges on each side. there are about 8 or 9 cabins on the loop. The area is pretty much isolated. The closest cabin about 100' away but enough trees for privacy. The creek just feet away from the cabin. The fire pit had ample wood to burn. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of cookware. The jucuzzi was AMAZING. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The area is very quite... hardly seen any animals other than the one night we apparently scared something off next to the fire pit! Lol. Our 60lb moutain cur loved to play in the creek and it was nice to have the simple dog gate on the porch. The wifi is very strong even from the fire pit even though we had some signal (verizon). The only thing i seen that could be an issue is the one bedroom doesn't have a dresser it just has a night stand.. but id definitely recommend this cabin to just relax n chill. Bring all u need and you won't want to leave .

Enchanted cabin and relaxing stay!

This quaint little cabin was so warm and charming. It had all the amenities including s’more sticks, which my 4 year old loved. It was very clean and cozy. We made the mistake of not knowing about bed bugs until we brought some home from a cabin stay in Gatlinburg two years ago, so I very thoroughly inspect rooms before we unpack. They were practically spotless! Everyone loved the soft beds and my 1 year old slept through the night, which is rare. The kids loved the cold creek and inviting fire pit area. They got a kick out of going for a “bear hunt” (walk to stretch our legs) and we enjoyed a hot soak in the tub under the canopy of trees after the kids were down. We felt a little lost about what to do in town with two small children when one of our days were supposed to be filled with rain. Thankfully it ended up just being an evening shower and we were all happy to bunker down for a relaxing, quiet evening in our sweet cabin. We absolutely loved our trip and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The owners are very kind and accommodating even when I slipped and missed one of my payments by a day. I couldn’t find my original email about check-in info and they very quickly sent me another one while we were already on the road! We would love to stay again and already miss the majestic mountains and cute cabin.
