The 120 m² villa extends across 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television, while a baby crib and a highchair can be added on request. The beautiful private outdoor area with mountain views boasts a garden with open and covered terrace spaces, a dining area with a barbecue as well as a pool for you to cool off. After a 12-minute drive (3.4 km) to Andratx, you will find shops, cafés and restaurants, while the port is 5.4 km from the property. After 14-minute drive (6.7km) from the villa, you will reach several beaches such as Camp de Mar and Cala Blanca by a scenic cove.
