On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds sharing 2 bathrooms (one en suite), and 1 bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in every room, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace. For families, a crib, high chair, and beach towels are available for your use.
Enjoy the private garden with an open terrace and a balcony offering sea views and views of the boats in Andratx harbor. The private outdoor pool measures 3x2 meters and includes 4 sun loungers. You can dine outdoors and use the private barbecue for memorable moments.
There is a shared parking space next to the pool with vehicle access, and you can also park on the nearby street. Events are not allowed on the property.
