"We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions. That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return."

"Good breakfast. Convenient location to airport, tourist attractions and popular beaches. There is a beach within 5 mins walk and lots of restaurants near by. The only challenge is finding street parking, parking is not included."

"An impressive hotel which has been beautifully designed and finished to a very high standard. The pools were all excellent (rooftop jacuzzi a real treat), the landscaping and grounds were beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious and varied but it was the staff that were the highlight of our stay - everyone was so friendly and more than happy to help! Would recommend."

"A lovely hotel - good to look at inside and out. Well laid out - there were a few steps, though not may, but always a ramp as an alternative. Breakfast was excellent and the one night we ate in the hotel that was excellent too. All staff were lovely - very professional, so friendly and very helpful. The one not so good aspect was that all loungers around the pool were 'reserved with towels' from early morning, with most people not appearing until late morning or in some cases up to 1.00 pm. There was a sign saying any loungers not used for more than 2 hours, would have towels removed. That didn't happen. I appreciate this is a difficult thing to monitor but it is very annoying for those of us who don't practice that type of thing. There were actually a lot of loungers, though many of them were under the trees."

"The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet at times. The hotel itself is older and somewhat dated in certain areas, but it has a classic charm that fits the property well. While some updates could be beneficial, the exceptional service more than made up for it."
