Amenities include air conditioning and heating in each bedroom plus central units, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and dedicated workspace. Families will appreciate the baby crib, high chair, and shared toys and books for children.



    Step outside to enjoy your private garden, balcony, and uncovered terrace with stunning sea and mountain views. The private infinity pool offers direct sea views and is open year-round but not heated. A private grill area provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining.



    Parking is available in the street. Events are not allowed on the property. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please ensure all lights and air conditioning are turned off when leaving the property, and dispose of trash in the designated containers to avoid additional charges.



    The villa is situated in the peaceful residential area of Cala Moragues, just a short drive from Puerto de Andratx with its variety of cafes and restaurants. Sant Elm and Sa Dragonera Natural Park are easily accessible by car. During July and August, you can enjoy the twice-weekly concerts in Andratx. Best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to the property.
