  • Experience a Mediterranean stay in La Mola, Port d’Andratx, in a private villa with beautiful views of the harbor. Villa Ancora accommodates up to 8 guests, offering tranquility, privacy, and outdoor spaces to enjoy Mallorca.



    The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms, providing a comfortable layout for families, groups of friends, or several couples traveling together. Each bedroom has air conditioning. Inside, you will find a cozy living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.



    The exterior is one of Villa Ancora’s main highlights: private pool, spacious sun terrace, covered porch with dining and lounge area, garden, hammock, and private gas barbecue. All this comes with views over Port d’Andratx and the peaceful atmosphere of La Mola.



    Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. There is private parking for up to 3 cars.



    The location combines tranquility with easy access to the port. Port d’Andratx is about a 5-minute drive away, offering restaurants, cafés, shops, and the lively harbor atmosphere. Cala Llamp and Cala Fonolls are about 5–10 minutes by car, while Camp de Mar and Sant Elm are approximately 15 minutes away.



    A car is recommended, as La Mola is a residential area with sloping streets.



    The private pool is available year-round but is not heated. Air conditioning is available in all 4 bedrooms; the living room and kitchen do not have air conditioning. There is also heating via split units and a washing machine with an outdoor drying area.



    The villa is in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are not allowed, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors, especially at night.
