  • Original rustic-style home with a large garden and splendid views over the S’Arracó valley, a small village in the Tramuntana mountains (World Heritage Site).



    The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with fireplace, a bathroom, a double bedroom, and a spacious kitchen with all appliances. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms: one with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, and another with a loft and large wardrobe.



    Fully equipped for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, computer, air conditioning (hot/cold), washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cleaning products, biodegradable soaps, towels, hairdryer, bed linen, TV, and more.



    Outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.



    This eco-friendly home uses renewable energy, recycles all water for garden irrigation, collects rainwater, uses biodegradable cleaning products, and offers full recycling facilities. South-facing, it sits on a hillside with open valley views.



    The village center is less than a 5-minute walk away. The main street, lined with traditional facades, branches into small lanes and paths where you can discover spectacular 19th-century houses and impressive estates over three centuries old, surrounded by fields, fruit trees, almond and olive groves, and grazing cattle. The area features Arab-influenced details: mine fountains, stone terraces, and old irrigation pools. Enjoy the woods and pleasant climate—you won’t be disappointed.
