"Our trip got off to a bad start firstly we had to delay our trip by a day which took us out of the cancellation period. Secondly on arrival there was nobody at the hotel and our room was not ready. After a couple of frantic calls it transpired that the hotel owner had been taken very ill and haven spoken to him in Barcelona we agreed to check in the following day when our room would be ready and he would be back at the property.
