Central location, basic hotel, nice staff

The location is handy for shoppers. Walking distance to the bus. Kind front desk staff manager/owner who was very helpful about advice and travel tips. Handy lockers to store your bags after checkout. Our room had 4 beds and a sliding door to a “patio” area. The patio area was nice to have to be able to see the mountain but it was run down and in need of some repairs. The towel rack bars were broken in the bathroom. The bathtub pipes seemed a bit blocked as water backed up into the bath instead of draining. The lobby area has some nice seating and a bar type area.

El hotel se encuentra en muy mal estado de conservación. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es viejo y está deteriorado, manchas en las paredes, tapicería de las sillas y cortinas sucias, ropa de cama antigua, manchas de moho en las cortinas del baño y descorchados en el techo. El edificio del hotel también en muy mal estado de conservación y falta de limpieza en pasillos y ascensores.

Hotel viejo e incomodo

Nos ha decepcionado muchísimo, hotel viejo, mal cuidado, con camas muy incomodas y colchones antiguos. Poca limpieza, tuvimos que pedir que vinieran a limpiar el baño. Desayuno muy justo, bolleria y zumos industriales. Para no repetir, necesita una buena reforma, para nada es un 3 estrellas. Lo único bueno la ubicación

Hotel barato en el centro de andorra

Siempre escojo hoteles centricos cuando voy a andorra y ademas limitado al ir con mascota. Este hotel esta.muy bien ubicado y es de los mas baratos. Hacia demasiada calor en la habitacion y no se podia regular. La habitacion muy pequeña y sin vistas a nada. Cama muy incomoda. Pero por lo pagado era de esperar.

Buena estancia general en el hotel.

Estuvo bien la estancia para dormir, el aparcamiento fue lo más caro (pero hay mucho parking). Respecto al servicio de limpieza, perfecto (aunque en una de las dos habitaciones barrían muy por encima). Si que es verdad que deberían de cambiar las colchas de arriba porque hay algunos en mal estado (el mío tenía la quemadura de cigarrillo que ví en comentarios). Las camas algunas cómodas y otras no tanto. La ubicación creo que es lo mejor. La recepción, nos recibió muy bien la chica que esta de turno de noche, muy amable y te resuelve todas las dudas que tengas tanto respecto al hotel, como respecto a Andorra (las otras chicas no he tenido contacto con ellas).

Lo único bueno son las camas que eran muy cómodas y cada uno teníamos la nuestra nada de sofás camas incomodos . El cuarto de baño de miedo , la ducha caía un hilo de agua el water se enganchaba la cadena cada vez que se usaba y teníamos que desmontar la tapa para arreglarlo ,no había toallero para las toallas de manos …la calefacción no podíamos regularla desde la habitación toda la noche con la ventana abierta en todo el centro de Andorra para no morir asfixiados , no volveremos más . Lo único bueno es el centro de la ciudad y las camas .

Me guato ubicacion No me gusto habitacion sucia ,fuimos con un bebe de 5 meses i la calefaccion es central y hasta las 19h no la encendian (espero que no se me haya resfriado el niño) las camas muy mal estan desgastadas y los muelles dado no dormias en una posicion correcta estavan curbadas tenia 3 camas y las tres malas sin duda no volvere ,no lo recomendare y es una pena porque fui de viaje de ocio y lo pase mal por preucuparme demasiado de que todo estubiera bien para el niño( no es un hotel para viajar con bebes eso deberian anotarlo ) para mi esta ves en el hotel este fue tirar el dinero… un 0

Nosotros habíamos estado en este hotel el mes pasado a través de booking y estuvimos muy bien y por eso reservamos esta vez. Nuestra sorpresa fue que esta vez nos metiero en unZULO una ventana no se abría y la otra daba a una terraza que estaba llena de personas fumando. Habitación interior con olor a vieja, humedad y sin ventilar!!!!!! Nos ofrecieron otra habitación pero tuvimos que pagar más!!!!!

Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Habitación triple, muy amplia y confortable, ubicada en la última planta. Localización del hotel perfecta. Justo enmedio de la zona comercial. La chica de la recepción, muy amable y atenta. El único "pero" es que el baño necesitaria una reforma. Por este precio, y en temporada alta, no se puede pedir más.
