"Two night stay, great location, very good breakfast, comfortable bed. Room service was patchy - towels weren’t collected, minimal things done to the room, but wasn’t a big issue for a short stay. Would recommend to others"

"The room needs to be vacant for several hours a day to be cleaned. I got sick of waiting so took my dirty towels to find a cleaner and got fresh towels myself. There are not enough bar staff to cater for the number of guests in the evening. The staff at breakfast are not overly nice and seem overwhelmed if you ask even for the milk to be refilled in the jug at the tea and coffee station. Didn't know you could order eggs till the 2nd morning of my 5 day stay. Not enough staff at the hotel. The room is very warm with a heavy duvet. A fan would be a good addition. But it's a lovely hotel with very nice decor and I would stay there again."

"Accessing the property was smooth and efficient. Communication with the host was easy and clear. The location was perfect for catching the train into town. Parking easy to find. Kitchen well stocked with all your needs. Clean linen and comfortable beds. Altogether a great stay."

"good spot out of centre of Belfast ( which can be expensive) for short stay ( which is enough for Belfast). easy bus ride to middle of Belfast and relatively affordable taxi back after dinner. getting taxi’s in Belfast can be a lottery. good secure parking (important)."

"6 of us stayed at this property.The house was very spacious with lots of rooms to relax in.Everything was lovely and clean and there was everything we needed to make this a lovely stay for us all.It is close to bus stops to get around and had a good few convenience stores close by too.The stay was made even better by our host Nisll, I honestly cant rate him high enough, his communication was second to none he couldn't do enough to accommodate our needs.We travelled over from England and he didn't hesitate to facilitate an early check in for us as our plane landed early morning which was such a great help for us and he also allowed us an extra few hrs extra check out too.Five huge stars from us all.Will definitely stay again.Thanks Niall."

"We had a wonderful stay, really convenient check-in process and great communication throughout from David, who also had a lot of really helpful recommendations for the local area. Great location as well, quiet neighborhood in south Belfast but not far from the city centre, highly recommend!"
