"Place needs total updates. Ancient TV, carpet tore, dirty, shower head barely worked. Staff was great, but hotel not much better than a motel 6. Won't stay here again."

"Breakfast menu was decent. Air conditioning we did not use... or if it it was on it was ok."

"Night staff was great! Very friendly, gave us a one hour late checkout so we could shower after a soccer game. Breakfast was okay. This is the first property we've ever went to that doesn't have breakfast potatoes and as we're vegan we tend to rely on that for our morning meal. We did call ahead and were told you did have them so that was troublesome. The soy milk helped so thank you for that. "

"Breakfast was ok. I feel like the eggs were powered eggs and not real. sausage wasnt completely done, bacon was the pre cooked kind you buy and then re heated. All the staff were fantastic. Parking was good. rooms were very clean and fresh. Although the pillows suck. i dont mind a hard bed. sheets and blankets were fairly thin.. but i dont expect perfect when i stay at a hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and may return again next year for the PBR as it is only 20 min or so from the Tacoma Dome. "
