"This is a great house with lots of cool features. Lovely location, quiet neighborhood, lovely view, lots of space. Downstairs has a great gathering area in front of a large tv, a pool table, foosball, card table, bar and access to a lovely outdoors area and the pool. The small dock at back was a great place for fishing and bird watching (caught flounder and snook, all returned). The kitchen is amazing and is well stocked offering lots of room for more than one chef. The master is large, comfy and bright. The other two bedrooms offered queen beds. You'll be surrounded by fun artwork. All is all, a great place. The main living area is up stairs. We encountered a few repair issues which Dillon, the property manager, handled. Being the first VRBO guests, it was a learning curve for us all and we appreciated Dillon taking care of things."

"Very nice property. Clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fire pit, but we also didn’t work that hard at trying to figure it out! We would absolutely stay here again. The VRBO site lists this as having a hot tub, although the actual property listing does not."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. Kathleen was very friendly, attentive to all our needs, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience.The indoor space is cozy and private with well-stocked supplies and well-maintained amenities. But the real draw is the backyard as the spacious, fenced-in area provides so many different opportunities to enjoy the beautiful weather. We couldn't get enough of feeding the chickens who roam the property and will literally eat out of your hand as well as just lounging in the hammock chairs, which are just one of several recreation spots in the yard. We also got to enjoy a late-night campfire with drinks and s'mores (supplies also provided by Kathleen). We didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub or pool, but both appeared to be clean and well-maintained.The location is on some back roads, but still a short drive to I-275 and within 30 minutes of St. Petersburg, Sarasota/Bradenton, and all the nearby beaches. We fully intend to make a return visit next time we're in the Tampa Bay area."
