Immerse yourself in the authenticity of our charming 160m² Landes house, ideal for 10 people. Nestled in the heart of a large garden with a heated swimming pool, it offers you an oasis of absolute relaxation.

For cycling enthusiasts, the cycle path is directly accessible from the garden and you will reach the city centre in 7 minutes. 800 m from the beach of Mauret, many shops are nearby (bakery, wine shop, greengrocer, pizza.. 100m away).

The accommodation
Live to the rhythm of the tides in this beautiful Landes villa typical of the basin, located in the quiet district of Mauret in Andernos-les-Bains.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
You arrive in the entrance/laundry room, equipped with storage cupboards and a washing machine.

Next, the kitchen: fully equipped with American fridge, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, Magimix food processor, dishwasher...

Then, a large lounge area with relaxation and dining area.

SLEEPING AREA and bathroom on the ground floor:
- A bedroom with 1 single bed (80 x 200) and a bunk bed with 2 beds (90x200)
- A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200),
- Two large bathrooms with shower, one of which has a double sink.
- A separate toilet.
- A Family room with 3 single beds (80x200)

Welcome: shower gel and shampoo in each bathroom.

The fully fenced garden invites you to relax with its swimming pool (8 × 3.5 m), treated with chlorine, it is heated from May to October, 2 Submerged beaches. Depth: 1.40m to 1.50m. It is secured by an alarm system.

Sunbeds, large tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue are also at your disposal.

PARKING:
You can park 2 vehicles within the property. Parking outside is also very easy.

*Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Traveller access
During your stay with us, the entire house, garden and swimming pool will be exclusively at your disposal.

Other remarks
OPTION: Linen is not provided. We can offer you a rental service if you wish. Bed linen and towel prices: 30 euros/double bed and 20 euros/single bed, including sheets, towels, beach towels, bath mats and tea towels. The beds are prepared for your arrival.

The end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory by us for quality reasons. The flat rate is 120€.

Deposit check mandatory to be given on the day of arrival 1500 EUR. The check is not cashed, it is returned within two weeks.

The tourist tax is to be paid extra, the updated rates 2026 have increased the rate to about 2.88 euros/adult/night.

The house has a travel cot with mattress for baby's comfort, a child chair.

Evenings are not allowed to preserve the calm that resides in the development. Pets are not allowed.
No smoking inside the house.

-The house must be returned in order when you leave:
-Clean dishes and put back in place.
-Bins emptied and taken out at collection points.
-Bed linen removed and left on the floor in the bedrooms.
-Towels left on the floor in the bathroom.
