"Nous avons séjourné à Audenge dans cette très agréable maison avec nos 3 enfants de 17,13 et 10 et notre chien de 35kgs. Yves et son épouse ont été adorables du début à la fin, serviables, toujours disponibles et pas du tout envahissants malgré que leur propriété soit juste à côté. "Nous avons malheureusement dû quitter l’hôtel très tôt le matin en raison de l’évacuation ordonnée par les autorités à cause des incendies de forêt. Cette situation était évidemment totalement indépendante de la volonté de l’hôtel. Le personnel est resté calme, professionnel et serviable dans des circonstances exceptionnelles. Nous sommes surtout reconnaissants d’avoir pu quitter les lieux en toute sécurité. Nous souhaitons à toute l’équipe beaucoup de courage et espérons que l’activité de l’hôtel pourra reprendre normalement très bientôt. Merci et bon courage à toute l’équipe du Novotel Bordeaux Mérignac. P.S. Nous reviendrons… et cette fois, nous profiterons aussi du petit-déjeuner ! 😊"
