This exclusive 50-square-meter attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a recently and completely renovated historic building, which faces the backyard on one side and a quiet side street on the other, making it truly peaceful despite its prime location.

The apartment welcomes you with a small, separate entryway featuring a coat rack and a large mirror, where there’s plenty of space to put on or take off your shoes and jacket.

Through the second door in the entryway, you enter the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, and induction cooktop. From wine glasses to pots and pans, everything you need to prepare delicious meals and feel right at home is provided.

The light-filled living room, which faces the backyard, is separate from the kitchen and features a small dining area with a table and chairs—a space that’s not only perfect for dining but also ideal as a workspace. Our cosy sofa provides the perfect spot to relax, where you can comfortably watch films and TV shows on the smart TV using the free Netflix account. The sofa bed also serves as an additional sleeping option and can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.
From the living room, you enter the comfortably furnished bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet that offers plenty of storage space, even for longer stays.

The last room in the apartment is the naturally lit bathroom with high-quality fixtures, including a sink, toilet, and extra-large shower.
We personally selected all the furnishings in the apartment to create a particularly comfortable atmosphere.

Another perk of this accommodation is free access to the washing machine in the laundry room in the basement, which you’re welcome to use during your stay with us.

Since the apartment is located in the city centre, some street parking spots are subject to a fee. However, on the parallel street, you’ll find plenty of free parking spaces, which are about a 1-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in city centre Andernach, the perfect spot between the historic city centre and picturesque hiking trails along the Rhine. Cities like Bonn, Koblenz, and Cologne are very quick and easy to reach by train or car.
